PSYPACT eligibility
Check whether your state participates
PSYPACT is an agreement between states that lets a psychologist who is licensed in one participating state—like Dr. O’Brien—see clients by video in other participating states, without needing a separate license in each one. Today, 42 states participate in PSYPACT, and Dr. O’Brien can see clients located in any of them where she is legally permitted to practice.
